Please help

I have had 2 fish die today both had no ich and ate yesterday please help.

Need a lot more info. What size tank? What kind of fish? How long has it been set up? How long have u had the fish that died? What are your water parameters? What's your cleaning schedule?

Ok I have a 15 gallon tank and did 2 ro water changes because tap has nitrates and everything is good in the parameters.
