Plz help poorly platty fish I think !!??

Hi I didn't no if any one can help my but I have had this fish from 5 dec shes a freshwater tropical fish and the temp is at 26-27c
She got a lump slowly over the past few days we thought she could be pregnant as her belly was getting bigger and had black bits inside her at the back but over night she got this lump on her back as she was a small fish now she looks a weird shape
