Po4 test

Hi I just done my first po4 test and not sure if I've done it correct tank is only 2 months old 32gallon 3 small fish some crabs, snails and shrimp, when I done test both vials stayed clear? Do I treat one vial with both chems or do I put both chems into one and keep one with nothing in it?

Cheers mate, could u tell me are these lil brown spots flat worms? And if so are 6 line wrasse any good at getting rid of them?

On the sand bed is detritus. More flow will help
