Post-tank change

I just switched tanks to a larger one last night. All my amano shrimp and neon tetras made the initial switch, but now one of the tetras seems to be a bit off. Swimming tilted to the side or swimming upwards without going anywhere. Is it just dying from the stress of a new tank?
