This was a oopsie batch of fry but i cant wait to see what they turn out to be. c. Electra male and sunshine female. Almost 4 months old. Starting to get color on the biggest what i believe to be a male. One baby in the first picture to the right seems to have a disformity in his face but he has to be my favorite along with the biggest one

Switch from black to natural play sand. I am posting a pic of both for comparison. I sprinkled some black sand and some natural colored gravel to give more of a natural look. I also added another piece of drift wood. The fish looked too dark on the black sand. Within a day of changing the substrate their colors brightened up.

My 46gal Malawi tank... Green algae is coming in nicely :) I won this tank set up in a wounded warriors raffle! Lots of fish but perfect water and a calm milieu.
