I came across a video that I posted several months ago involving a somewhat controversial method that is intended to 'prestress' corys prior to bagging for shipping. The train of thought is that some corys release a toxin into the water when they are stressed, so they are intentionally stressed, water change, and then bagged up. This method has worked for me quite well. I think Sev_mama and HN1 will remember it when they see it, lol.
The video itself was made in jest, an attempt to put some humor in the process, but I assure you, it is a very real method used by several breeders/shippers that I know.
