program to shrink pics?

Anyone have a program that I can use to shrink my pictures so I can post them on this website? It tells me my images are too large and I don't have photoshop or anything that can fix them

Some pre-installed microsoft products can do this for you (Microsoft Photo Editor - I don't think it comes bundled with XP anymore and Paint). I personally use Iview.32 http://www.irfanview.com. It was a "free" download when I first got it. Check it out!

There is a thread in the show off photography section with a few free photo manipulation and just simple resizing programs listed that are free.

I use adobe Photoshop 7.0
