Q-tip Sponge?

I posted a question about this a couple of months ago and it's changed quite a bit and I'm thinking perhaps it's a q-tip sponge? I'm not sure but it's growing well and I just want to make sure it's ok to keep. It only grows on one rock (and it's in a low flow area) but it's growing long "branches" for a lack of better terms...hopefully that helps.

Not a q-tip sponge... don't know what it is. Those "branches" do look a bit aggressive, don't they?
