I have tried twice to have a Bangaii cardinal in my set up - failed twice. The fish never made it thru the week. I have always read about QT, but just never implemented. This time around I did start a 15 gallon tank and bought a cardinal and lawnmower blenny. They had about 6 weeks time out and observed them daily. The Bangaii started eating after just 1 day and so did the blenny. I never saw the other cardinals eat. Now both are going on 3 weeks in my DT and all is well. Lesson learned, from now on, all get QT'd. Just a post to all who didn't want to take the extra time and work - like me.
