right now in my 30 gallon i have 8 black convicts, i was wondering am i able to puit a small turtle in with them or withh they hurt the turtle or the turtle hurt them?

I'd be concerned about the turtle eating the fish.

Turtles are very messy. In addition to the chance the turtle would eat the fish, you would need to no many more water changes to keep the nitrate level down in the safe zone
