i dont believe so, rams are fairly small themselves i dont think they could fully eat a neon

They won't be able to fit them in their mouth unless you get babies. So I wouldn't worry about it. Also I doubt a ram could catch a neon

No you would be fine keeping them together. They may try chase them off but nothing drastic

They should be fine but your never know. My kribs have ate neons before...
