Is it true that some rams go good with discus

German blue rams are put in discus tanks oftentimes because they have very similar demands in water conditions and in my opinion are two of the prettiest freshwater fish.

I agree so I would be okay to put blue German rams in with the discus ???

It's a 60 gal and I'm thinking 4

Actually GBR's thrive in Discus tanks not only because they too like pristine water conditions but they actually prefer the higher temps in Discus tanks. Just be sure to add a couple smooth flat stones in the tank as they prefer them for spawning. Or if you want to make them real happy add a couple Indian Almond Leaves in the bottom. In the wild they normally spawn in leaf litter.
