getting back into the hobby after a long absents.

setup a 29 gal. tank with penplex under gravel filter & a Eheim 4+250 canister.
1 small piece of drift wood 2 bunches of Cabomba 1 bunch Anacharis. currently 1 Betta ( to be removed when new fish are stocked).
plan is after cycle of tank to add a few fish each week or two, currently my stocking order is:
1st. 3 kuhli loachs
2nd. 5 neon tetras
3rd. 2 ameno shrimp & 2 snails
4th. 5 zebra danios
5th. 2 blue dwarf gourami
6th. 5 black emperor tetra
keeping close watch on the balance is this order & list good, any species i should change?
any order of addition i should change?

Your kuhli's would be more secure in a group of 6 or more.
Your tetras / Danios would be better off with a larger group of one species rather the 3 smaller different species. Are dwarf gourami like Betta where you should only have one?

thanks for the input

"Are dwarf gourami like Betta where you should only have one?"
not from what i have read so far, but the Betta will probably have to be moved back to his solo 2.5 gal tank as he might bully them.
also i was going for variety without over stocking the tank, if i increase the # of shoaling fish how many total fish should i stop at with that level of filtration?

thanks, looked at it but did not see a specific on U.G. filters so i used the generic....
