Really Want To Do A Freshwater Tank(Tropical)

so i am getting a tank but i dont know what one yet, the thing i am most concerned about is power cut, we have 10 minute - 1hour power cuts quite often, i want tropical fish and nice planted tank but what fish can stand 15'C minimum? my room temp is always 15'C + but the water mat remain warm? So i want help

Hi, I would go for a fish species that likes water temps on the lower side. 10mins to an hour doesn't sound an issue but I guess it depends on tank size, room conditions, etc. You could get a bucket of water and measure the water temp drop next time it happens for an hour.
