I have 4 red-eye tetras in a 10 gallon tank with 4 fake plants and a sponge-bob hut. I had ghost shrimps with them before and over time, they started to disappear. I'm looking for a cleaner fish or shrimp that can get along with the red-eye tetra.

Well you need at least a school of 5 red eye tetras.
With that, i don't think it should be much of a problem :L

Red eyes are pretty easy to get along with fish
honestly I have never had luck with ghost shrimp either regardless of their tank mates
