Hello, first time on a forum, so I have a Red tail catfish, she is approximately 2 years old. Over the winter I had to move her from he 1000 gallon stock tank home to a temp 75 gallon. I know it's too small and she isn't happy. However I change the water frequently and I had a panic early winter when she started to swim upside down, gills were almost black and overall I thought I'd loose her. Luckily I didn't but ever since she hasn't eaten much and if she did she has spit it back up within a day or two. Now she is back to swimming weird and has some pretty bad bloody fins, I'm assuming from her small tank, but also small red spots on he belly close to her gills. I'm at a loss. I'm going to do a massive water change to see if it will help but any advice would be very appreciated ?

I have a photo of her and when I turn her over the spots by her gills
