red worms in filter

I have a 20 gallon freshwater tank and the other day I went to clean out the filter and found red worms crawling around in the secondary filter anyone know what they could be, and also would it be safe to feed them to my axolotls?

How big are these worms? Do you feed live blood worms?

They are up to an inch long and no but I have given the freezer dried turbines worms a few times lately as a snack but I would think a freeze dried worm would be able to come back

Do you know what blood worms look like, if theyre blood worm your fish will love them but without knowing i dont want to recommend it. Are they segmented and slight thinner than the lead in a pencil?
