Rena filstar problems

Hello all I never had this problem before. Both canisters are blowing air nonstop and looks awful!!!! I stopped them prior and cleaned one completely and just swapped polishing pad in other. I hooked back up and pushed valves back down an let canisters finish filling and then turned on. Terrible! I stopped them again and made sure all trays are sitting right and they are. Restarted and even worse now!

Shut them down again emptied and restacked trays and refilled and let sit 5 minutes after re opening valves so canister fills. Still doing it. Kinda shook each one and all that did is make them more noisy and bubbly
