RO Question for FW

Hello,

I recently purchased a RO system with a DI. I intended to use this for drinking and my 2 FW aquariums. I realize that this strips all of the minerals and other things out of the water and what is left is just pure water. I know that SW PPL add back in the essential minerals with their aquarium salt. Do my FW fish require any minerals to be added or will they be ok without anything?? I have Oscars, Convict, Danios, AFCF, and a catfish, but not all in the same aquarium.

The fish you list will have a different PH requirement than the RO/DI water will provide. In addition to essencal elements in the water you will need a PH buffer.

I found a product called RO Right by Kent. It looks like it should take care of everything. Has anyone used this or had experience with other products?
