Rummy nose tetra question

Hi all. I'm having a really hard time finding anyone nearby that has Rummy nose tetras for sale. I had a small school (6) and now at this 3rd year I'm down to my last little guy. He seems so lonely.
Would adding any other type of tetra school help him ?
Any alternative advise on how to help him out till I fine more of his kind?

If you enjoy keeping the Rummynose, then ask a local store to order them for you. A locally owned independent store, or some but not all Petco stores can order them for you. Online ordering might be an option.

If you want to branch out to a different variety of fish, often fish with similar body shapes hang out together, as you mention for the company, and security.
