S&C Aquatics foods--curious

Does anyone feed these foods? They are on ebay, and have a variety of sticks, flakes, wafers. I need to replace most of my older spirulina flakes, various sticks for shrimp and snails, etc. They have just about everything in stick and flake form, including some sticks that have krill, blackworm, earthworm, brine shrimp and spirulina all included. The price is very reasonable. I'll stick with NLS Optimum all purpose flakes for general use. I just want to add variety, and wondered what opinions were on S&C Aquatics foods and how your fish like them. Thank you!

I've been pretty happy with NLS - what is their ingredient list like? I do find I pay more here for quality foods (but selection is probably more limited though to really comment).
