Salinity readings

What salinity reading would be considered brackish? And what reading would be safe for a non-brackish freshwater fish?

well i guess the specific gravity that would be considered brackish i guess is 1.003.Thant is what it says in my book.

Anything above 1.000 is considered brackish, however depending on what you're considering keeping it's different story.
