saltwater equip for sale

i have to sell saltwater items

i have 2 all-glass 55watt power compact strip lights 25.00 each
2 maxi-jet 400 power heads 10.00 each
Seaclone 100 protein skimmer 35.00
about 60lbs of live rock 160.00
and about not exactly sure but i think 15-25lbs of live sand 30.00

i am not sure if these prices are to high but they are all fairly new within6 months to 1 year if that. everything is in good working order. i'll have to get rid of fish and inverts before i can tear down and clean i think my lfs will take them?. a day or two
let me know if any are interested prices may be negotiable
