Sand freshwater tropical fish ,, can plecos , ottos and dwarf frogs go in an aquarium

can plecos , ottos and dwarf frogs go in an aquarium with sand ?It safe for them? What about silver mollies?

Anything that isn't sharp should be safe for any fish. A great example is play sand it's really cheap and the sand grains are smooth.

Ok thanks. Because I changed my substrate without thinking and then was wondering mainly about the Ottos. But they have lots of rocks etc in there to suck on.
