Seachem safe

I just got some seachem safe, my understanding that 1/4 of a teaspoon does 300 gallons, I do 50% water changes on my 125 so would that mean I need a 1/16 teaspoon measuring spoon to be able to get the right amount or is that off, I would need enough to be able to do about 75 gl (a little less, but it's good to just stay safe at 75)

I'm really just asking what the best way for me to measure it out would be and how much I need and stuff like that because it's EXTREMELY concentrated
