Shrimp bowl question!!

I have a little "pico-build" shrimp bowl. And i was wondering with one ghost shrimp, three fast growing hornworts, a marimo moss ball and a temple plant, is there a need to change the water? Or should the plants actually be "filtering" it for me... Water is super clean and clear after 3 weeks and I have only done one 50% water change after the first week...View attachment 270083

Your link shows invalid to me...

I know me personally I would still change some water in it to be safe. It is only a bowl... That's like a 1 cup change a week. Changing the water replenishes lost nutrients consumed by the living things in the tank.
