I have a betta in 6 gallon heated and filtered tank with an air stone... The betta has ick and mostly staying at the bottom of the tank under the heater and following his reflection in the tank...I raised the temperature and added salt. What else should I do?

Increase filtration or decrease water level so there is plenty of water flow at surface to increase O2 into the water (without pushing him sideways). What temperature and salt level are you using?

I used the '1 teaspoon salt for 5 gallon' method. So, 1 tsp salt. I don't know the exact readings :(
The good news is he got much much better now! All his ick is gone. Half the salt is still present in his tank (did a 40-50% water change) and the temperature now is 28°C :)
Btw, what else should I do to make him more active/ healthier?
