I have a cardinal tetra with what looks like a pimple at the base of the anal fin...started as a raised red lump, but now it has turned white and I have no idea what it is...he's still behaving normally, he sticks with the school and is still eating well. He's in a 55 gallon Amazon biotope with 6 other cardinals, 4 bleeding heart tetras, 6 hatchets, 4 peppered cory's and 3 oto's. my params are:
Ammo: 0ppm
Nitrites: 0ppm
Nitrates: 10ppm
pH: 7.2
KH:10
GH: 75ppm
Temp: 78* F
been doing 50% weekly PWC's and running two tetra whisper 60 HOB's, and everyone else seems fine. Any ideas what it could be?
