Sick Glofish Danio

Hi...I have a Glofish danio. Started looking like he had internal bleeding this afternoon. Now fins look like they getting stiff. Swimming upside down at times. 16g tank. 20 % H20 change last week. Tank is 3 months old. I just pulled him from tank...just in case. Thoughts?

Do another large water change. And test your tank water.

I tested last night...and looked good. But I will do another change today and retest. Thanks for the suggestion."Fuzzy is no longer with us. Very sad...he was my son's fish...and he died on his birthday.
