Sick Tang...any ideas?

Hey guys....I'm in Virginia Beach visiting my wife's brother and family. He has a 75 gal sw reef tank. Only fish he has in the tank is a hawk fish and a Tang. We noticed last night that there is something wrong with the tang.

Both of its sides are extremely distended. When he swims, he list over to the left somewhat. It can't seem to swim upright. As it is going along, it will suddenly jerk or twitch farther to the left, then continue swimming. He also seems to be having some problems seeing. He will swim straight into the back wall of the tank at full speed.

Any ideas? thanks

How do the eyes look? Cloudy?
As for the disteded abdomen, try feeding him some (thawed) frozen peas. From what I understand they can do wonders.
If that doesn't work, then I would consider getting a qt tank set up for addition treatment with meds. Keep us posted.
