Silvertip Tetras Fighting?

I have about 8 silver tip tetras and they look as if they are fighting. One has lost and eye and some are losing fins. I don't know if its just like normal but yah.

They appear to have a bit of a rep for fighting and being territorial. They should sort it out with some time, develop a pecking order, hopefully. Having plenty of plants or decor can help break up sight lines, which may reduce some of the aggression.
