Six Line Wrasse w/ popeye

It appears to only be affecting one eye and the fish seems unaffected, swimming and eating good.
Should I move it to QT or try to feed medicated food in the display?
Anybody know of a good medication to treat this?

It can be treated w/antibacterial. Search these forums for treatments

Also for cases not that bad I have increased water quality and it caused it to to retreat.
