Small organism on glass...?

So I ran across this thing today. Never seen one. It was translucent and looked like a sluggy jellyfish thing moving on the glass. Here's some pics sorry they aren't very clear on the creature. It was small.

A type of flatworm, don't know if it's good or
Bad though.
