Snail eggs

Hey guys I went out and bought a nerite snail a couple weeks ago for my 26 bowfront. I noticed yesterday after a water change all these little white specs on the glass that are scattered throughout the tank. Assuming they are snail eggs but I thought nerites can only reproduce in saltwater? Pics below

They're nerite eggs but infertile in freshwater. In my 16g Kevin the nerite has them up and down my jungle vals...quite an interesting look
