Aquarium Advice FINatic
Today I found a tiny little baby snail crawling on my aquarium glass. No doubt hes adorable but I'm not sure what kind of snail he is. I just want to make sure he won't harm my fish or plants as I have NO experience with snails. I am assuming he came with my Hornwort. In the aquarium with the plants they had a little cage thing full of snails. It was filled to the top and disgusting, at first I thought it was a container of large pebbles but then realized they were snails and willed myself not to buy one as they were all half dead and the ones at the bottom of it were dead. Any help would be appreciated. He is about the size of a piece of gravel right now but my Serpae's keep trying to eat him and block my view of him so I can't get a pic, He kind of looks like this:
