i have a large one that looks simular its a general star but i cant remember the sientific name but definatly not reef safe feed it a piece of shrimp or something meaty once in a while.
it seems to me one of the Protoreastor which prey on invertabrates, remove it fast unless u don't really mind adding hermit or snail every few weeks =) but they do looks kewl tho. here is ur refrence link, http://www.wetwebmedia.com/seastars2.htm
scroll down and u should find it there, different color (might caused by ur light) but i am sure they are they same family.
