stressed fish

i just cleaned my tank yesterday, and the snails and frogs are acting like nothing happened. the fish however, are acting a bit different. i have 2 molly fish and one swordtail, all females. i cleaned the tank and after i put the fish back in, they seem sluggish. now, one of my mollies and my swordtail are acting like themselves again. my other molly however, not so much. i came to the conclusion she was stressed. she keeps sitting at the bottom of the tank and swimming as fast as she can without going anywhere. also quick question, can she stress out the other fish? if she is stressed, what can i do to help her? if she is sick, what else can i do?
