Nope, they won't die off. Keep adding ammonia until Tuesday, then on Tuesday do your large water change(s) to get nitrate down and drop the temp down if you have it up for the cycle and don't dose ammonia on Tues. Congrats on getting fish, by the way. Post pics when you get them! Also do a YouTube search for "drip acclimation aquarium;" it's one of the best ways to introduce fish to a new tank.
