Sump idea, will it work?

Hi guys...not sure if any of you remember me, it's been awhile. If so please say so! Background, i have a 66 gallon Red Sea MAX tank consisting of a saltwater reef. Anyway, awhile ago i bought a perfect sized tank to fit below in the stand and i had plans to convert it into a sump. I wanted as large a fuge as possible so i drew up this sketch of how i would like it to look. Ill attatch it in another post via link. Will it work? Also, some questions. How do i create an intake? I dont want to drill so it there a hanging intake i can buy? Also, what sized pump would compensate for approx 30" of headweight for the return? Thanks..

No ideas? I want to keep this project cheap by doing it all myself by the way!
