Sump tank questions gor 135g build.

I was given a 135g tank from a friend. Now I am building a sump tank for it. But the only problem is that I want the tank at ground level. Like only like a foot off the ground. I am in a basement so I can't plumb down. I can put it on the side but I wouldn't be able to let gravity work. I would need a pump. Here are some pics. Also I have a 55g fresh that is above it. I do not want to move it because it would look dumb with a big one on top and small one on the bottom. Now the 135 has to be polished out. I am going to make my own protein skimmer because of limited space and I am going to get a 1100gph return pump. Let me know. Any advice would help.
