Super fat glofish

Its a friend of mines fish, and its.... Huge.
My question is, is it just full of eggs, over fed, or ill?

There are other glofish in with her, but nobody is bloated like she is.

She may have bloat. Have you quarantined her?

She had been alone (and huge) for several months.
Friend was thinking (hoping) she was just full of eggs, so she got some males, but no change.

Are her scales raised from her body when you look at her from above?

See above about her scales poking out. Also months? eggs dont hang around that long and glofish arent live bearers they are tetras or danios which lay fry.
