-Mac- said:The measurment that concerns you the most is Kelvin (k). You'll find numbers like 5000K, 5100k, 5500K, 6700K, 8000K or 10,000K. I've found the best range is between 6700K and 10,000K.
adadkins1 said:These are the exact same bulbs that I use, except for the Kelvin rating. 6500/6700K are what most people, including myself, use for our planted tanks. Just look on the package for a K rating of 6500 or 6700.
