I've only had my aquarium for about a week now. I don't know my water parameters but will hopefully get my test kit tomorrow.

I've been doing daily water changes of about 30% except for today.
20G tank.
Have 3 mollies 2 platys 1 swordtail and 2 silver sharks ( i didn't know they got so big lfs told me they would all do fine together...) But now i know they get huge.
I fed my fish today and noticed my
Swordtail hovering at the top not interested in food. He looks like he's missing some scales , his eye looks puffy/white. I moved him into another tank with no fish.
Please help :(

Yes i did. My ph is 8.2, ammonia stays around .25 my nitrites get pretty high within 12ish hours. And my nitrates are about 20
I think my mollies are the ones bullying the other fish bc they are the only ones who are not harmed. So i got them a new tank.

I've been doing daily water changes, sometimes 2x day

Could be a combination of the water / other fish. Good idea to shift him.

How high are your nitrItes? A small amount of salt will help protect the fish.

Salt - 1/15th tsp/10g for 1ppm nitrite
