Hey guys. It's been a while since my last post and I'm curious if I can mix German rams with angelfish? I currently have four angels (2 female, 1 male, and one unknown) in the dot and three more angels in a qt tank. I'm hoping to get two pair of angels and remove the rest and add one or two pair of the rams. Will it work? I read that rams are just like angels in that they are peaceful until they breed. On another thought, how many tries does it take for the male angel to fertilize the eggs? I have had 7 batches of eggs with him doing his passes and still no babies
. I know females will do the routine of males but his papilla is smaller and he has never laid eggs. He's my favorite fish but I can't have a fifth wheel in the tank. Any thoughts??
