Hi all,

I plan to upgrade an existing 25G SWFO tank (2 clowns, royal gramma, banggai cardinal) to either a 75G or 90G tank (25G will be a QT tank). We plan to eventually add a yellow watchman goby, bicolor blenny, sixline wrasse, blue tang, and red flame angel....in that order.

Will these co-exist, and what inverts should we add?

if you add these fish in the tank, I would not add any more since that a pretty big load, what filtration system do you have? as for inverts, you can add almost any invert.

go with a 90 gallon and a lot of filtration

Yes, don't economize on the filter system it's vital. Also the better the filter, the less headaches and maintance involve. That being said and done, you will be able to enjoy your tank more. A good example would be my tank, I never change the water, all I do is top off the evaporated water and replenish the trace elements weekly.
