Tentacles

there are two little white tentacles sticking out of my live rock and it's grabbing little stones off of the ground and forming a little tube around itself. does anyone know what it is or what it's doing?

Tubeworm/some kind of featherduster? They are both just worms that create papery shell tubes to live in. Maybe one of these?
