Territorial?? Female glowlight danio defending her eggs!???

Regular spawner, glowlight danio female is being a sassy pants and chasing all fish from a specific corner in the aquarium. I'm guessing she laid eggs there as she looks slimmer this morning and was quite chubby last night. From what I've read, they do not parent or defend their eggs. Anybody had this happen with danios before??
