The infamouse gurgling sound

I just got my proclear aquatics 150 and it is the loudest thing I have ever heard. The noise is coming from the overflow box as it is going down the drain is there anything I can do to fix this?

Snake an airline tube from the sump end of the overflow pipe up to the overflow itself. More commonly you are experiencing trapped air. Also ensure there is no trapped air in the overflow tube itself. If so, insert an airline tube through the tank side of the overlow and suck out the air.
