Thinking about buying a 250 gallong aquarium on Craigslist

I recently found a 250 gallon saltwater aquarium on Craigslist. It's already all set up and stocked, but I'm not sure it's worth the $4000 the guy is asking. Could anyone give me any advice before I purchase this? Is there anything I should look for? Can I build myself one for the same price (or less)?

How will you move it? Is the seller willing to support you with your new tank? Is it worth 4k to you? Will you be happy with a tank that someone else set up to there liking? Ask if he kept a journal on the tank it may give you some insight into it IMO yes it's worth 4k Can you build one for the same or less? that's the $64 question. The Achilles tang is worth around $300-500 if you can find one
