Yeah I just learned the hard way what should have been obvious. I was changing out my DIY CO2 mix and was trying to clean the old container. I dumped 2/3 out, then capped the end with my hand and shook it over the sink to dislodge the sediment in the bottom. I didn't feel any pressure on my palm or in the bottle, so I let go of the end and it just erupted, covering most of my body and most of the kitchen. Now me and the kitchen smell like fermented death.
